The one question I was not able to get my head wrapped around earlier (also when Rick was helping me) was...when you go to a website and want to get the the URL for an image on the page how do you go about doing that? That was one of the missing parts of the puzzle for me before.
It would be very helpful to know so I could set similar displays in the future.

Thank you again so much! How did you even know to go there? Also would still love to know how to determine the links of other type of dynamic graphics in the future so that I can create virtual devices for them to possibly add them to the Dashboard.
Trust me it took me sometime even for my city to find a jpg. But not too long where it was bothersome.
Find your local news station and look at their websites. Browse their weather page. From there I do it two ways, view the page source and do a CTRL+F and look at all the JPG files on that page.....so time consuming.
I'm not bright enough to find a quicker solution....
Other than right click on the image and get the image link which is the easiest and quiekest way (assuming an image is displayed on the page), although sometimes its hidden behind a transparent file and i can't get to it quick enough so i have to view page source or INSPECT element.
In your case i went through a few sites, the others didn't have images to pull.

Looking at your questions, again, not all weather pages have images displayed. They use API or jscript or some type of script to display the weather. You just need to browse around and find a weather page (locals news is best) and hope they have an image displayed that you can pull from.
This is perfect. This does pull the process all together for me and I finally do understand.
