I’ve just ordered four of these to replace some existing smart outlets.
No more do we need to suffer using short leads to recover space!

Nice to see it's a repeater as well. Will be interesting to see how chatty it is with the energy monitoring. When I need to replace any of my slim Kasa (Wi-Fi) one's I'll definitely take a look.
I'll let you know how it goes. I assume it'll work with the generic diver.
This device will be a great bargain at this price if it uses the standard ZCL to report energy, and if the reporting is configurable ..
Are there any additional taxes on the $29.00 AUD price in Australia?
When you pair it to the HE hub, please post the device Zigbee details at the time of the pairing.
Nope, all prices must include GST, so what is listed, is the actual price.
Will do.
Gotta be honest. One of the reasons I appreciate American plugs...
Yep, I’ve been quite envious of your non-blocking smart outlets.
Kind of strange that we choose to over-size smart-plugs in comparison....
Compensating?
240v 10a does need more space for beefier components, but mostly I think companies have just been lazy and reused European casings for us.
They have a lot more space between sockets due to their large recessed plug design.
Having a smaller (or bigger) smart outlet is not something "the guys" will typically be impressed by, let alone "that cute girl at the bar". Unfortunately I am not trying to attract Derek....
Sorry mate, but you don’t have big enough norgs for me.
Give me a few more years of eating / drinking the wrong stuff and we can talk again....
lol, I know the feeling!
(feel sorry for someone finding this topic looking for info about Aus Zigbee smart plugs...)
Norgs!!! Hahahahaha Never heard that one before...
A UK term for the live-giving glands of the finer form of our species....
If they are Aussies. Two mates talking sh!t is not going to be a new concept to them.
True, they might even see this as a safe place...
It’s one I don’t hear very often, but it’s hilarious so I like to trot it out occasionally.
