Wall mounting hubs

I wanted a clean looking, flush wall mount box that I could put my Hubitat, Lutron and Hue hubs in. Furthermore, I want all devices hardwired to ethernet and powered by a single POE cable. Mission accomplished; I think. Originally, I was going to mount it in a hallway on the main floor of the house. However, since the radios in the new C8 are amazing, it performs stellar still up on the top shelf of a closet on the main floor.

I hope this serves as some inspiration for others. I am always curious how others have mounted their Hubitats (and other hubs). So feel free to post your pics here too.

Here are the pieces I used.

I like the idea of that box, but I need something bigger, 3 hubitat, 1 hue and 1 Ecowitt. But Iā€™m always looking for a way to make it cleaner

Was the white grid material (visible in the first picture) part of the box? or did you add that yourself? I have to admit this has sort of started me thinking about cleaning up the mess in my equipment closet. The only grid material I can find is epoxy-coated wire, and I am afraid that will interfere with my Zwave mesh.

The white grate material appears to be egg crate. Despite the name, you can find it in the lighting section of most large home improvement places. It is actually used for ceiling lighting that goes in drop ceilings and is usually found in 2'x2' or 2'x4' sizes. Usually white(ish) like that one but also metallicized ones (you would not want those due to the coating interfering with RF). They can be pretty easily cut to whatever size you want.

Here are is a link for an example:

Ya know one of these days I'm gonna have to stop adding devices and break down and buy a 3D printer!
