I picked up a half dozen GE Enbrighten 46204 Smart Dimmer switches from closeout in a blue big box store and I would like to use them as standard on/of switches. As many of these will be controlling non-dimmable fixtures, I am looking for a simple driver etc. that will operate these at 0% to 100% with little or no ramp up. I know I can create a virtual switch to do something like this ut I ws wondering if anyone has come a cross a driver or better solution?

Looks like Parameter 16 will do this for you. So pair the device normally, then change the driver to use the Basic ZWave Tool, configure Parameter 16 (size 1, value 1), and then change the driver back.
