For Hub Protect subscribers who have a C-7 hub model and updated the Z-Wave firmware to version 7.17.1, we have identified an issue with the saved cloud backups.
If you upgraded the Z-Wave firmware, please update your hub immediately and then create a new backup before attempting to restore the Z-Wave network. Previously saved cloud backups may fail to restore properly.
