Unknown Z-wave devices

Opened the usb but no pins to move

It's probably handled in software. Take some pics... Curious to see what it looks like inside.

I don’t have it open right now, but I believe the SiLabs Simplicity Studio v5 program (or the PC Controller software) lets you set the frequency of the 700 series chip.

I'm poking around in PC Controller now to see if I can find it.

Nice... It was on US ... No next problem... fails to change to EU :joy: :sweat_smile: Will try reboot it

Clicking Set changed it immediately on mine.

You can look at the little paper thing at bottom right to see if it changed it.

I'll need to add this to the Ghost removal PDF! I don't remember this coming up before, but seems obvious now. :slight_smile: Smart troubleshooting here!

Ghost Removal - Who you gonna call!?

It's likely a ghost node. The latest firmware helped but in my experience, didn't eliminate ghost nodes. Eventually it will show FAILED - click REMOVE and let it sit for 5 minutes or so. If it didn't remove, try again. In my case, the ghost node would never disappear and I had to buy a UZB stick and rip it out.
