Could you post a screenshot of your PC Controller Network Management dashboard? Try network wide inclusion under select learn mode.

What results do you get when you try the following:
after you login... Also did you configure the subnet mask and gateway for your router on the switch? Did you make sure your switch is in the same subnet as your router's lan side?

Put your hub into zwave inclusion mode and then click on Select Learn Mode. Then click on NWI.
Tried it but failed again. Is there different frequencies on the usb? Im in Europe ..
There are different frequencies not sure how to check which ones you have.

No from the link in your instructions.. Mouser has an office just 20km from where I live in Sweden but I dont know where it was sent from. On the packing list its on Swedish and English language .... But I had to pay a lot in delivery by fedex som I dont think its shipped from Sweden...
