When you click on the pull down that you showed above, does it look something like this?
Yes
Did you click on 'auto'?
If so, you should make sure that Text Description logging is on, on Preferences tab for the device. Try switching between auto and on using that pull down, and back again, to see if those commands are being logged.
You can filter the Live Logs to just the thermostat device.
Hit the Configure command. It appears that your thermostat isn't setup properly.
It would be helpful to see the logs from that...
I don't think this device is paired fully. Is this a new device in your system?
All the system is new, I paired 10 thermostats and they have all the same issue.
I made a factory reset on all of them to be sur to avoid problems like this
Do any of the commands result in log messages?
Tagging @mike.maxwell. He wrote the Sinope drivers.
Ah, well there you go... I'm not familiar with this thermostat. Does the HVAC system it controls even have a fan?
nope, this is just an electric heater
ffs. Then why do you want to monitor Fan Mode on a Dashboard?
I don't wnat, that provide an error on the display
EasyDashboard don't work
Sorry, but I can't help you, as I know virtually nothing about Dashboards.
Sorry too, I didn't mean to waste your time...
The EasyDashboard expect to have the fan attribute set even for HVAC system that dont have it. When it came out, some thermostat drivers had to be updated.
@john.valley75 you can try this driver it works for me:
