Unable to access Hub after new router install

I'm not sure if this will help, but.....

Login to your hub using a browser.
Open the devices page
Click at the top of the "Type" column to sort that column
Find the group of "Mobile App" devices and remove all the devices related to this cell phone. You may have several if you created a new one with each reinstall of the app.

Open the app on the phone
Click the arrow to the left of the line that says "Home (Cloud)"
Select Switch to Another Hub
Select your existing "Home" hub (let us know if there are any other hubs in the list)
The app will refresh the token with the hub and create a new device on the hub.

I think we need to draw a line in the sand. If this isn't solved by 8AM Wed PST, we take away his hub, modem, router, and phone, and buy him an Etch-a-Sketch.

Completed the steps above. Only one hub showed up and I created a new link to my phone.

No joy.

I am able to control devices with the app on my phone but still see Home (cloud) in the app.

Now my iPhone is not showing as an active device

I'm on app version 2.1.0 (383). Network options is not an option in settings. Don't go nuts looking for it, because it is not something that can be enabled.

Hubitat app does not show up in this list of apps and my app works perfectly on my iPhone and iPad.

Same here.

I am seeing it, along with the other apps on my phone. I still have the TestFlight version installed, although I’m not sure that’s a plausible explanation for the difference.

I am on the TestFlight version.

I believe that icon shows that the phone is not present.

Open the device and confirm that under "current state"

Good to know. Maybe they no longer need that permission so it was removed. If app has been installed for a while it probably sticks.

Might not be anything the OP has setup/configured improperly. Seems more than one user might have the same issue.

Tagging @moncho1138

Yup - this is looking like a new iOS app issue.

Yeah I said that like 20 posts ago and tagged @bobbyD and @moncho1138

I was able to reproduce this issue on a test hub, a fix that hopefully apply to other similar cases will be on the next iOS beta release.

FYI...I am on the beta version of the App now and still hve the same issue.

There has not been a new version since they said it would be fixed.

Perfect. Thanks for the update on that.

Update has dropped, should be available in TestFlight
