A little update on Twilio.
I received a routine message from Twilio legal which seemed to indicate I had again gone live. So, I re-enabled Twilio in Hubitat and lo, I received SMS messages. I have a daily sunset rule (keep alive) that turns on lights and sends Pushover and Twilio message. Pushover is 100%. Twilio would happen, but not reliably. Weird. Did some tested to prove it fails even though Hubitat logs show the message was sent. On Twilio.com I find all my messages come from the same Twilio assigned phone number, but now this number is flagged as unassigned.
Entered a new campaign in Twlio, my old one that worked for a while seems to have vanished.
The Twilio adventure continues.
Did you check the Twilio logs to see if the message was sent? It should be under your "application console" (not your billing account) -> Monitor -> Logs -> Messaging. FWIW, I haven't seen any missing SMS from Twilio, though my number is still listed under "Active Numbers"
Edit: Oops - you may have already checked the logs if you saw that all the messages came from the same number. You may want to confirm the timing of that particular SMS by checking around the time you got the Pushover message.
I've been using Twilio for well more than a year and never needed to visit Twilio.com for more than getting my Account ID and token and maybe seeing the charges.
As you surmised, I viewed the logs and downloaded my SMS history as a CSV file and can see clearly when it stopped working as well as all my past messages,
I cannot understand why the campaign was approved and then vanished.
I'm sticking with them out of stubbornness.
I need to get the email driver working and give up on these people. The email driver setup isn't clear or I would have done it by now.
Which email driver is that?
I tried LGK Sendmail V3. No luck setting up with my iCloud account.
Don't expect GMail would be happy, I used to send emails from a GMail account using a Python program on a RPi Zero. It stopped working when Google tightened security on unknown senders.
Could try Xfinity next, not an account I use for anything but billing.
Suggestion for a better driver and email provider?
Thanks,
SK!
It used to work for me for years(?), well it seems like, until fairly recently when my Internet provider, Comcast (Spectrum) changed things.
This stuff seems like a trend.
An update. On August 15 Twilio emailed to announce "Twilio has verified your A2P ten-digit long code (10DLC) registration for the active numbers you use to send messages to U.S. numbers. Thank you for registering. "
Using the same source and destination numbers for all messages and sending one keep alive a day plus serious stuff as needed.
A message finally passed through Twilio to me on August 18.
Nothing again until August 25, skipped to August 27. Random blocking until September 1 with success until September 9 when blocking started again.
Every time I start thinking they've got it, they break it.
Error code is alway 30034.
βUS A2P 10DLC - Message from an Unregistered Number β
I always use the same number!
What The Frack is going on with them?
So frustrating.
Had to tell someone.
I also had my Twilio notifications stop, but was able to successfully get them working again. I think there were alot of problems with the verification process early on, but it went smoothly for me.

Sole Proprietor Account Verification - Key here for me is I explicitly described in every place possible that I was not sending any messages to the general public. That seems to have satisfied the criteria, and it took only about 4 days to approve.
-
IMPORTANT: Linking Numbers - at first things did not work properly, and I was not getting notifications. One step that isn't clear, is after your campaign is verified, in the Twilio console you need to go to:
- Messaging
- Regulatory Compliance
- Campaigns
- In the Campaign - Click on the "Linked Messaging Service"
- Inside the messaging service, link your outgoing phone numbers to the campaign
Until you follow the steps above, you'll still be getting errors.
It's working smoothly now for me.

For those of you that got approved 10DLC what are you paying on a monthly basis now?
Iβve used Twilio for personal use for 10 years and decided to stop using it since I have felt itβs not worth the investment in the approval process and added monthly for the little I use it. Definitely disappointed but getting less spam texts and calls has been awesome.
My last Twilio message was in September.
I tried addressing the issues and gave up.
I'm finally going to delete Twilio from my Hubitat and kill the account.
OTOH - Pushover works and is trouble/drama free.
