If you already are using a Hubitat Elevation hub, you will find that it supports most Zigbee and Z-wave devices far better than most WiFi devices. However, there are some WiFi devices that are supported. For example TP-Link Kasa outlets are supported using the Matter protocol.
Please do not be intimidated by the thought of having to install a community supported driver with devices like the Third Reality plugs. While the driver is not built-in to the hubitat firmware, it is easily installed using the Hubitat Package Manager.

Once you have the package manager installed (often referenced as HPM), you can use it to install and update a variety of useful tools including community drivers.
The Third Reality community driver is found in HPM as "Third Reality Zigbee Drivers". I wonder if the poor reviews on Amazon for the Third Reality plugs were due to the lack of the right driver. With the right driver, they are excellent.
