This is a known problem with some of the Tuya scene switches.
You can use this driver : Tuya Scene Switch TS004F driver (w/ healthStatus) :
Turn on the 'Advanced Options' and click Save.
Then, a 'Force debounce' option will appear - enable it and click on the Save button again:
