Only one of those "ghosts" was a mesh node. The others were LR.
I suspect most of your issues (including the LR ghosts) would be solved by doing a hub shut down, pull power for 30 seconds ands boot back up. You might just have too much going at once once and locked up the radio.

What is your power source for the Hub? Make sure yo use a standard USB-A supply with at least 1A (2A for Pro) output for all testing. Once devices are working you can try alternate power sources if you want.
- Any "Pending" devices in SS I would disable all of them in my app.
- Any not paired devices, power them off.
- Shut down hub, pull power for 30 seconds and restart.
- When hub comes back up, try to exclude one of the problem devices.
- if not excluding try a factory reset on the device instead.
- If that works then power it back off again.
- Enable SS entry for that device, then from there follow my other instructions.
