Have a look at this thread and join the Owners Group.

You will need it if you get regular Lutron Picos.

You'll need the Smart Bridge Pro for the Lutron Caseta Picos.

I should have read further down the thread. Looks like we are in agreement on the Smart Bridge Pro. Love the Picos.

Welcome to the Hubitat community. Awesome that you’re starting out with a Smart Bridge Pro. Picos are fantastic. I have them all over my house.

Solid advice to dump the Cree bulbs and keep your Zigbee mesh stable. I personally prefer to keep all Zigbee bulbs off my network by moving them to another Zigbee network. Hue bridge is my choice for this.

You cannot use the Connected Bulb Remotes with Hubitat, but I personally wouldn't toss them. I'm still using all 6 of mine that I bought when I used to also have a Wink Hub. They work with Home Assistant and Zigbee ZHA, really well. You may (or may not) decide some day that you want to integrate Home Assistant with Hubitat, and at that time you will once again be able to use your LCBRs. However, you will be able to do much more with Lutron Pico remotes, since they support Long-Press and Double-press, plus a standard 5 button pico is far more useful IMHO.
