Hello, Ive just bought a hubitat from ebay and it's registered to < someone else - edited by moderator >. The device has been shipped to me but he can't see the hubitat on his LAN to login and transfer ownership to me. Is is possible for hubitat support to assist please @bobbyD 
You should not be posting someone else's email publicly here.

The original owner needs to follow this process.
It does not need to be in their possession to de-register it.
