I have a few Third Reality Plugs and would like to know if i should be using the TR Driver or is the generic one just fine? I am currently using the generic driver with no issues. If I switch them to the TR driver what advantage will that provide? Thanks.
I temporarily use this Driver with my Third Reality non-power reporting plugs to set the Power On State.
Then switch back to the generic ZigBee Outlet driver.
Edit: I also update the firmware somewhere in there. 
If you are using the Third Reality smart plug with energy monitoring (Gen 2 device), then you might find the community driver to be helpful. The generic driver sends excess traffic between the plug and the hub. If you have only a couple of these devices, it should not be an issue, but if you have a dozen of them, it might be.
