OK, I think we ruled out both Thermostat Scheduler and Rule Machine earlier, and determined that they were both sending the correct commands when they should. I think there's been no new investigation of the thermostats that I'm aware of.
@mike.maxwell Did you have any idea why these thermostats were not responding to commands consistently?
