The lights are on but nobody is home, C-7 goes dead

I have a C-7 hub that just stops working. The LED status light is on and looks normal. When it does this I can't pull up the hub locally or by remote admin. The hub is not carrying out any of the programmed functions. It is a wired connection into my Unifi switch. It is assigned a fixed IP address. If I unplug the power and plug it back in, it starts working again. It will work for 7-10 days and then it will do it again. It did it today and I have attached the logs. You can see it just stops at 12:54pm and then comes back at 4:46pm when I cycled the power.

Can you get to the hub by using the diagnostic tool?


I have not tried that. I'll try it next time it goes out. I'll let you know in 7-10 days.
