Thank you very much @672southmain !! It's late here but I will try it tomorrow, I do have the ZP model. I do not have a repeater but the hub is very close, I'm hoping for the best in spite of the rash of mixed responses on the Schlage locks. I really like the fit and finish of the Schlage's from the lock perspective.
I have two BE469NX that I converted to BE469ZP by swapping the electronics modules. Did this to increase the battery life - Z-Wave non-Plus uses the older S0 security, which has 3x the packets of S2, used by Z-Wave Plus. Now get just over a year on each set of batteries, vs about 3.5 months before the upgrade. They didn’t work reliably until I put repeaters near each lock.
I was able to enroll the lock, and assign a custom code, lock and unlock via dashboard. Great stuff! I went to California for a week came back to a dead lock. Brand new Duracell's dead..? Going to get some batteries today, concerned that the hubitat comms perhaps killed the batteries with .. frequent polling maybe? Dunno. Any advanced settings you guys have found in this regard?
