Did you run the app and did it detect your fan that has a light? Check the logs to make sure no errors occurred during installation.
I setup the bond app first, and installed the light, then did the integration after downloading 3 drivers and the app. All i see is this:

yes it detected theh fan in the integration.
And you don't see a child device for the light in the Devices list?
If not, could you please go to the App and click the little gear icon. Could you paste the part of the state variables that looks like this:

The story of my home automation life these days....perhaps I should reinstall it again...or just give up, lol
I was going to suggest reinstalling and if you could have the log running while you do that. I quickly looked at the code and it looks correct to me. However, I think you might be the first person to test with a non-dimmable light so there could be a bug. Unfortunately without owning every possible device myself I kind of have to rely on everyone else to find bugs 
My light is dimmable actually....i just didn't bother with using that. So removed the Bond integration, delete the fan and start fresh?
Ah ha! Well here's the problem then, you installed the wrong driver. I didn't see it at first, instead of Fan Light, you need BOND_Fan_Timer_Light. This is because your light is the kind of "dimmer" where you have to hold the button down to adjust the brightness. So install that driver, and just run through the setup again (You shouldn't even need to uninstall, just go through and choose that fan again) and it should work.

So this is what I see now. So it looks good. So now it's 1 device with a child being the light. I can control both with that?
Correct. The reason it's a child device is because you have two on/off commands - one for the fan and one for the light. If you call the On command on the parent it turns the fan on. If you call the On command of the child it turns the light on. Looks like it's working now!
Ok but where are the FAN controls? I can turn the light on and off but i see no fan controls on either device?
it's a 3 speed fan. I dont see those options
Did you change the driver manually or run through the app again? Before your fan was listed as a BOND Fan. Now it is listed as a light
I ran through the app again and that's what it came up with. But no fan controls. 
Ok, can you try uninstalling the integration app and doing it from scratch? Something definitely got screwed up and I don't see how that can happen.
