I noticed when reviewing the new subscription service management that I have no saved payment methods. Is my card actually there or did the conversion from the old system to the new system drop it.
If it was dropped then everyone should probably double check their accounts.
Good to know that its not a widespread issue. If I don't hear back from support then I will get one added before the payment date. I started the service in '24 and have had zero issues with it getting billed each January.
Check the update I posted earlier related to payment issues. Most have been resolved, however not all. The migration is completed. If your card has not been migrated, there was an issue and we didn't import it. You will need to complete the transaction manually: [RESOLVED] Subscriptions Payments
I have no pending transactions so there shouldn't have been any issues. My subscription isn't due until January so there isn't anything to resolve and I have no payments due. I was just looking around and noticed. This looks to be an issue that was created from the conversion. Do I just need to add a payment method?
I added a payment method and it seemed to take it without issue. I will know for sure next month.
I would suggest that everyone check to ensure that their subscription is correct with a payment method. As I mentioned above, I did not have a pending payment due and have not had any issues with my card being billed in prior years. It's not an issue with this card expiring soon, that was my first thought. Looks to be a hiccup in the back end conversion.
A small price to pay for a better system going forward.
