UPDATE:
This issue has been resolved.
We successfully processed the updated payment method for the vast majority of affected users. A small number of subscriptions, however, could not be completed automatically.
If you are among those users, please visit the Subscriptions page and manually trigger the payment by clicking the “Pay” button on the subscription details page, under order section (see screenshots in post below).
Thank you for your patience while we worked through this.
We are currently experiencing an issue with our subscription payment processing system. To prevent any service interruptions, we have temporarily paused automatic cancellations while we implement a permanent fix.
If you have already updated your payment method following a failed charge (before the service was cancelled), no further action is needed. We will process the new payment once our systems are back to normal.
