Sonoff SNZB-02P not displaying temperature/humidity on dashboard

i cannot see any device states

Did you hit Configure on that page?

yes and each time i hit configure i see this on the right corner

OK. Hit the Logs tab and please post a screenshot of that.

do you think i might have to uninstall it and install it again ?

You can try.

Is this a battery device? If so, you need to manually wake it up to accept configuration changes. Otherwise, it's likely just waiting until its own next scheduled wake-up interval to do that.

You can try removing it and re-pairing it. You can also try changing to the generic "device" driver, and then press all the buttons to clear all the states, then go back to your correct driver. I would try re-pairing it first.

Note that attributes will not appear on the command page until you close the driver page and re-open it. Also, dashboards do not get new attributes after they are created unless you refresh the dashboard.

Yeah, completely forgot about this. It's a bit early here for me.

@agapimmo You may need to do a battery pull to force the device awake.

I've been using these sensors with kossev's driver. That requires the device to be woken up to get the configs, and I have found that just pressing the button on the back of the device will wake it up.

thanks so much everyone
i just unpaired and paired again with the new platform version
and I can already see the values in the command ''current states'' tab

and i can see as well the temperature on the daashboard

Not using the default dashboard tiles.

Thanks so much, all of you.

I am now trying to dispatch the sensors to different rooms, but I need to ensure they remain within the hub's reception range. How can I check if they are properly connected to the hub?

Also, how can I set the temperature readings to refresh more frequently? The issue I’m facing is that the displayed temperature is not updating correctly and takes a long time to reflect the actual value.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can try that driver. Use the Zigbee Non-Tuya setting in preferences, and enable advanced preferences so that you can change how often they report temperature, You will use more batteries the more often they report.

Note in those settings, minimum time is how often it will report, IF the temperature has changed by the amount you set, within the minimum time frame. The max time will cause a report at that max interval no matter what, even if temp has not changed.

Edit: As, I mentioned in the other post, when the state attribute says you must wake the device to save the configs, just press the button on the back of the device.

Sorry that I sure have been confused by a lot of this discussion, plus I only use the original dashboard - so this may well be a nonsensical message.

I have similar sensor and I handled it differently - and can get both temperature and humidity on 1 tile. Under Templates, instead of choosing an Attribute, further down the list is Humidity - and Temperature - and Weather. A Weather template (note - not an attribute but a template) will give you both temperature and humidity readings, but unfortunately some other stuff too. I think it took some work to make it display nicely.
