Sonoff SNZB-02P not displaying temperature/humidity on dashboard

Hi there,

I have bought 6 Sonoff SNZB-02P sensors to place in different rooms and monitor humidity and temperature.
I don’t understand why it always has to be so difficult with Hubitat. The device was detected immediately, but after adding a tile to the dashboard, I’ve tried everything, and no template seems to display temperature or humidity.

Which one do you guys use?
I’ve tried multi-sensor and several others, but nothing works.

Thanks for your help!

I have several of those sensors. Add the sensor to the dashboard and choose the attribute you want.

That would only happen if the attribute states are not being displayed in the device as well. Are you seeing temp and humidity displayed on the device page? Do you have the correct driver? You may just need to press configure() if the correct driver is being used.

Thanks so much for your response @jkudave
i do not find any temperature or humidity attribute :frowning:

You should not need to use the attribute template for things that have their own template. This issue is you do not have those attributes to choose, so you need to fix your device.

Thank you for the explanation
you mean to fix the hubitat device ?
do you know what I should do ?

That means the device did not likely pair properly.

Open the device tab for one of the sensors and look at the states. Does it show anything like this?

Also, on the device info tab, do you see the device paired with this driver? If not, change it to this driver, hit save, go back to the Command tab and then hit Configure.

What driver are you using, under Type on the Device Info Tab? There is a built-in driver Sonoff Zigbee temp humid driver available to choose. Change the Type to the new driver, then press configure() on the commands tab.

Thanks for your response again
here is what I see

The driver was found automatically by the pairing
I did not change anything
does it make sense ?

That device did not pair with the correct driver.

Go to the Device Info tab and change it as pointed out above. Make sure to hit save, then go back to the Command tab and hit configure.

I did as you say

i checked as well after if I see any options in the attribute but still the same

Post a screenshot of the Devices Info tab. It does not look like you updated the driver. It should look like this:

I changed the type to sonoff zigbee temperature/ humidity sensor

I see thought that my info tab is not the same as yours

You need to make sure you hit configure after.

What Platform Version is your hub at? I am running the latest - 2.4.1.151

Yes i hit save device and the configure

my version is 2.3.8.134

OK. You are about a year behind on your hub version level. That is why my Device Info looks different. You might want to consider updating you hub.

Regardless. Setting the driver type and hitting configure should provide the result you need.
