Continuing the discussion from Zigbee Network State: UNINITIALISED:
Similar to the issues described in the linked post, I'm seeing 'UNINITIALIZED' under my Zigbee Network State on my brand new kit. I've attempted power cycling, unplugging the stick, resetting the stick. No dice.
Any other suggestions?
Update: it turns out the hub’s USB port was locked. Contact support if you have issues and they’ll sort it out.
