I decided to create a new thread for those that have this issue so we can list our device setups, router types and any other relevant info (rather than posting in multiple threads where they get lost in the shuffle). This way support can have as many data points in one place and hopefully see a thread of similarity to fix this issue.

Can send a 'Speak' message to all 3 devices successfully.

My friend's setup

We "MAY" have a fix for the discovery issue...
It's hard to say as I'm not able to replicate this issue, in any event the tested changes at least didn't break discovery on my network.
These should be out in a hotfix that we're doing final testing on ATM.

I tried downgrading the software, restoring a backup, upgrading again and did not work. The only difference between the 2 hubs is my production hub support had access to it, never request any help for the development hub, looks like something is closed in my development hub.
Both hubs are connected to 10 Yeelight bulbs.

hotfix for 2.0.3 fix the discovery problem for me.
Same for me. All devices discovered after the hotfix.
