well, you know that Wink just screwed over their users so they lost a significant number of folks to other platforms, including HE.

So, yes, between selling like hot cakes and the supply chain disruption from COVID-19, this shouldn't surprise anyone.

I hope this can speed up the hiring of more developers and support staff.

improve the software (perforrmance/stability, UI) before launching new hardware. A new hub should be launched in with tools to support migrating devices and rules to the new hardware.
