Still waiting on another replay from support. Mine has still not started working. @jgagnon5541 do you know what firmware was on your sensors? Mine shows 0x1F075310. I had to connect them back to smartthings to see.
Not sure what happened? I just removed it from SmartThings and added it back to HE and its working now. I have already done this twice. Going to try it on the other one now.
Ok for the 2nd one I played with it before I removed it from HE and added it to smartthings. I didnt change anything on HE. All I did was remove the battery and put it back in. Boom contacts showed up on HE. This one I didnt have to remove from HE and add to ST. They just showed up after reinstalling the battery.
So for anyone having this problem using the Smartthings 2015 multi-sensor with the contact not showing up. All you have to do is remove the battery and put it back in. LOL
