Any one recommend an integration app for smart life….i have a bunch of WiFi landscaping lights i would like to pull in
Take a look at the following. Little bit of work to setup and will have to renew every 6 months (free) but other than that once it is setup you can control your wifi device via HE.
Aside from the above, the other option would be to add them to Home Assistant and then use Home Assistant Device Bridge to bring them into Hubitat.

And when in doubt... Talk to @kkossev .... (although not sure how much he has had to do with Smart Life...)
Krassimir can definitely work impressive magic with Tuya zigbee stuff, but I don't think he's interested in tackling anything related to Tuya wifi.
ETA - if the wifi devices are Matter capable, then there may be some options to bring them in that way... I'm not sure, since I'm not using any Matter stuff myself yet.
Yeah, the more I thought about it... that is what I expected....
But you never know...
For switches and simple devices, you can use SmartThings cloud to use a linked service to pull them into SmartThings, and then use HubiThings Replica to pull them into Hubitat. No hub needed on the SmartThings cloud side, just the app and an account.
SmartThings, last I knew, does not pull in any complex Tuya cloud devices like dimmers. Are your bulbs dimmable, or just on/off?
I use this method for wifi switches way out in the yard where Zigbee does not reach, and it works well. Otherwise, I use Echo Speaks to run routines in Alexa directly, and that routine does what I want the device to do. This works for me to control my AC unit and a Humidifier. Others use virtual contact sensors or motion sensors, shared with Alexa, to trigger routines to control cloud devices connected to Alexa.
I have some Tuya/smartlife wifi eve lights and have integrated on/off control using the Tuya cloud driver.
It works well.
