Hi all. I am looking for a ZigBee thermostat works with Rs485 modbus connection for my air-conditioning unit. Picture of the board is attached.
I can control it via ir but I won't have any feedback.
I can control the unit via WiFi from companies app but I want all my smart devices in same dashboard.
Can I add third-party app to hubitat's dashboard?

There is no way I am familiar with to add third party app to the dashbboard.
You have some options I can think of:
Look for an app that was already created for this manufacturer cloud, As you are in Israel, I would guess no app was created by this comunity as we have only few members from Israel.
Write your own app to control the unit through the cloud API (in exist). The same cloud the current app uses. You'll need some developement capabilities.
In teaory you can also write the app for the WIFI adapter if is has API.
I can not assist you in any of these methods.
Another method would be to look for third party integrations that can then be brought to Hubitat.
For example, I have one Tadiran AC unit that I am using Node Red as an interface to Hubitat. As Tadiran actually by the units from Gree (china) someone already interaced Gree cloud to Node Red and I just used this interface and I can control the unit (on/off, temp, etc)

I just bought Electra central air-conditioning unit with smart dampers.
I didn't know there are people here with Hubitat , good to know.
Display / control panel of the unit uses two wires (red and white) for communication and two wires for power.
In their user manual there is an option for Smart home integration.
Does it say in the manual that you can control the WiFi module with Alexa or smart things or any other app?
Second, what company is the manufacturer.
Open the ac unit cover and look for a label with manufacturer name on it.
In manual written that I can add smart home adapter by coolinkbridge.
I just look the board of the unit but I didn't find anything...
