Smart Air Conditioner

Hi all. I am looking for a ZigBee thermostat works with Rs485 modbus connection for my air-conditioning unit. Picture of the board is attached. I can control it via ir but I won't have any feedback. I can control the unit via WiFi from companies app but I want all my smart devices in same dashboard. Can I add third-party app to hubitat's dashboard? Thanks. [IMG_20230919_185040]
