If you're feeling adventurous, you could try temporarily changing the driver to this one. You'll need to use the B02 Everte Statum command (which you can subsequently check with B01 Accio).
Here's how to set things up:
Don't forget to revert back to the proper driver afterward.
I tried it on the valve I have, which was also set to 0003, and successfully set it to 0000.
Or you could just wait for Mike to get it in the system driver.
