I'm one of the weird ones. I actually like the look of the multibutton switches and picos over the plain style of decora switches...
They are OKish. If I didn't already have some Decora style switches I might have gone with them and Lutron switches instead. I also like the simple paddles so that guests don't have to guess how it works.
True, but also already obvious to all of us.
Wish i could get more of these. I have like 6 between multiple locations.

Philips Hue 4-button. You can customize each button to do whatever you want in Hubitat, including multiple functions per button like tap, hold, long hold, release, etc.
They look very professional and they magnetically mount to the wall panel so you can just pop it off and take it to bed, use it like a TV remote [/quote]
I take it you need the hue bridge?
I see a hub on some of the starter kits. Is it the hub, hub pro, or repeater needed? For a three story home?

It will work with directly with Hubitat.
Another less expensive option for this type of button is the IKEA Symphonisk gen2 controller using a custom driver.
Lots of buttons, multiple mounting options, good build quality.
White only....
Smart Bridge Pro is required for Hubitat to communicate with it. Does not come in the kits.
Lutron Caseta L-BDGPRO2-WH - SmartBridge Pro
Less expensive than a repeater (if it turns out you need one), a Lutron Caséta plug-in dimmer will repeat. I have one for a corner room that was working inconsistently. Only one repeater is allowed.

Actually, no! I just double-checked and reset one of my Hue remotes to make sure. It pairs up just fine as a Zigbee device directly on the Hubitat.

I ended up going with this Hue Remote/4 Button, thanks for the suggestion. Setup was pretty easy with the built in drivers, and using the button controllers.
This thread made me think about the Lutrons more, but held off for now.
