I noticed today my 3 Schlage locks stopped communicating with they hub when the housecleaner came and her lock code didn't disarm HSM and turn on the lights for cleaning.
The locks haven't given me any issues in a long time so I'm assuming it's similar to the post below and due to a recent update:
Just for anyone else coming across this issue, shutting down the hub and unplugging it for 30 seconds fixed the issue. Not ideal for anyone with a hub in a remote location like a rental though!
FWIW, anyone running hubs in a remote location (I'd say any hub, not just HE) should have wi-fi plugs on the hubs so they can power-cycle them remotely. Either via VPN or cloud access to the plugs. Standard stuff....just don't want to leave yourself thousands of miles away and no ability to remotely troubleshoot/resolve issues.
You just never know...the universe often likes to swat us about like flies.
