I believe I've found a small issue.. Well kind of a big one for me personally lol. After upgrading from 2.3.8.118 to 2.3.8.119, my Schlage BE468/BE469 Lock is no longer getting any Z-wave commands. Its like it just stopped responding. Just for troubleshooting, I've tried to do a "Repair Z-Wave", as well changed the driver to something else, then back to Schlage BE468/BE469 Lock driver. But still nada. Doesn't even show the triggers/events when i manually unlock/lock or enter a code into the lock. It's like all communication to/from the lock ceased after the upgrade. And before anyone asks, yes I put fresh batteries in the lock lol. I've had this lock since my Wink days (yea i know old lock lol) and since moving to HE the lock has worked flawlessly until 2.3.8.119. Any insights would be great.

Use the Diagnostic tool Restore Previous Version to revert your firmware back to the last version it was working on. See if the issue continues.
I have two BE469ZP locks, just updating to 119 right now, I doubt it will cause any issues, but will check it out.
I was able to unlock / lock mine no problem after updating.
both of my condos with this lock.. are not working.. zwave repair fails.. trying a forced shutdown and reboot. if not will restore last version.. the locks are 10 feet from the hub
both working again after shutdown and restart..
My apologies.. It is hard to not associate the two as the lock was working fine until i applied .119, and looking through the logs the last z-wave communication from the lock was before the date/time when .119 was applied. I just tried to exclude the lock which worked however now it wonβt include it.
That was a very bad idea IMO. Not sure why you did that.
Have you shut down the hub and unplugged it for 30 seconds?
yes bad idea.. sorry.. these locks are notoriously difficult to get to pair.. you can try a reset.. in my experience resetting the lock directions were incorrect. it was the other schlage button than the one in the instructions for like 10 secs.. you can try that for a reset then a re-pair.
So here's what I figured out after about 2 hrs of tinkering. The device was fine (surprisingly lol), apparently the database on the hub got boo-boo'd after the .119 update. So anything I tried to do after the .119 update with the lock including the exclusion didn't take. Before I tried what you all mentioned and reverted back to .118, I went in and restored the last database backup prior to the .119 update, and after the hub restored the backup and restarted the lock is now working fine. From what I can deduce, there was a oppie somewhere in the 119 update or post update validating/confirming z-wave devices (or the lock itself) and/or the database which caused the database to go hinky on the lock. Sadly I've wasted too much time today tinkering to get it back up, and now don't have time to dig further to find out what the core issue was. But clearly whatever got hosed up was repaired after restoring the database. Sooo for anyone having odd issues, restoring the database before doing a rollback on the hubitat OS version, may be something to try. But what do I know LOL.. Just food for thought..
If that happens again, next time shut down the hub, and unplug for 3 or 4 mins then power back up. Likely the radio was a bit corrupt and that would have probably cured it.
As much as I want to like Schlage locks (they're actually local to my metro area), they are rather of a mess.
I believe Hubitat stopped supporting them due to a lot of issues.
I had a couple lever locks that wonked out. I was 100% unable to get them paired on the newer releases of them hub. I ended up getting some Yale locks. While I was very disappointed that they still are only selling Zwave Plus with only S0 support (no S2), they paired immediately and pretty much work instantly--far better than the Schlage.
If Yale ever finally gets their ZW3 module out (which supposedly has real S2 support), I may replace my other 4 locks. If something happens to any of my Schlage locks before then, I guess I'll have to go with the Yale ZW2 modules (the remaining 4 need to be keyed the same--so I can't easily replace just one).
The Schlage FE599's won't pair at all to the c7 and c8. Usually pair to the c5. The be469's pair fine as long as they have over firmware 7.1 and you pair within 2 feet of the hub you're golden.
The biggest issue is that while the schlage locks are capable of OTA updates, Schlage refuses to release firmware updates to their locks. It's primarily the firmware that causes the issues. I have 3 locks all running perfectly from my c7 to my c8.
