I am having a similar problem with this rule:
I've got four possible modes: DAWN, DAY, DUSK, NIGHT. For all four modes, the log shows
Message:[WH8 is now in DAY mode], was sent to JWJr
but the Hubitat Android app never receives the first two (DAWN and DAY).
I've tried checking all four modes (instead of "changed"), but the result's the same.
