Elapsed Time being Retired
With the introduction of timeouts for Wait for Events and Wait for Condition, the special trigger event of Elapsed Time is no longer needed, and therefore is being retired.
If you have a Wait for Events that uses Elapsed Time, it will still work in 2.1.3. Before the release of 2.1.4 you will need to rework this Wait for Events to use the timeout feature instead of Elapsed Time. In release 2.1.4 Elapsed Time will be fully retired, and will no longer work.
