I have my room lights set to turn off when the TV is turned on. This is working in that the room lights do become inactive as existed. However, turning off is not triggering turning off the actual activation device.

Some context....
Auto mode is a switch which disable all lighting automations in the house. This automation is simply created to set the lighting levels in the livingroom based on the modes, which are home-day, home evening, home night, and sleep.
The goal is, when the master auto mode switch is turned off, then this rule, and by extension the activator device for this rule, is turned off.
This rule will also turn off when the TV is turned on, and will reactivate when the TV is turned off. That part is working correctly.
