Currently, Room Lighting can be activated by "Contact Opens" but not Contact Closed.
Can Contact Closed be added as a means to activate?
I wanted to use RL to control bathroom lighting using door contacts. But, when the door closes.

While it is true that you can't do this with the "pre-made" options, you can do this -- or use really any device event -- by using "Custom Attribute." Here is an example that fits your case:
