I've tried everything. I either am unable to get my Ring motion detector to enter pairing mode or the Hubitat app isn't seeing it when I do the Wave inclusion, but either way, it's not working. I've done the steps listed in the inclusion process on the Hubitat instructions, but I can't get it to work. Any thoughts? I know it's ZWave and I know it's version 1 so I'm following all that correctly.

What happens if you do a an exclude and then put it in pair mode?
I tried that too. Followed all the steps. Basically, when I take out the battery and put it back in, the blue light blinks slowly and then eventually blinks quickly and then stops...and nothing.
So excluded is timing out? Have you done a factory reset on it?

Tried everything. Decided it was easier to buy a new motion sensor that is HomeKit ready on a Black Friday deal. Will just put it straight into Home instead of Hubitat. Less frustration
