I can PM you on the side later once I'm home, still having issues with the Lighting devices and Alarm devices aren't updating the states for Motion or contact.
The other issue is States are duplicating which is spamming the logs with events, is there a way to have it setup to ignore the states if there's no change to the state so it doesn't show up unless there's a change?
Example of one of my lights, showing 66% battery 15x in 1 minute in the events as another example:
Seems like all of the devices are doing that which is causing a lot of Hub Load alerts due to how many events shows on the devices.
Debugging may also need to automatically disable on the devices after 30 minutes of the device being created, the number of debug messages that displays really spams the logs for the Lighting Bridge and Alarm Base Station.

It's very chaty, this might be the bigger issue to tackle first:
I think just needs set up to filter duplicate events like it would with Z-Wave and Zigbee devices so if the state actually changes it'll display as an event (remove duplicates) and turn off debugging automatically after 30 minutes so logs don't fill up.
Same issue here, my hubitat was so bogged down I've decided to disable the integration until it's at a more reasonable level.
Bryan...I also had my C8-Pro hub bogged down last night/freaking out after I added one of my Ring cameras to a long-standing Room LIghting automation. Previously I only had one of the Ring devices in an automation (the Ring virtual location device) getting changed from home to away by a rule, depending on a Owntracks presence status. So this was the first time I actually was actively controlling one of the cameras via an automation.
Anyway, I opened a door to take dog for a potty break and the Room Lighting automation triggered to turn on several lights (including the Ring cam) and the automation was delayed for several seconds, but did turn on. Then when I returned inside & turned off one of the lights (which triggers RL to turn off the lights) the lights didn't turn off. I tried turning off the actuator directly and that didn't work, and when I turned off one of the lights individually (actually dumb light string connected to plug), the plug turned off and then turned on again.
Couldn't do much detailed investigation at that time as wife and I and were watching a movie and didn't want to derail that. I'll collect what info I can this AM and pass it along to you.
Hub load was higher than normal (usually closer to 2% to 3%).

How do I get this?
Logging and excessive events has really calmed down with the new update, no more duplicate events as well. Everything is working really good so far.
Modes works with the Alarm as well, at this point the only issue is the Mailbox Sensor and Smoke Alarm isn't showing yet, I PM the info already to @bcopeland
Also events are showing much faster than they were.

Things could still be running somewhat hot on my C7... I had to pull the ring camera out of my Room Lighting automation again.
With the ring camera in the automation, it (the automation) was delayed and did not run properly, lights did not turn on\of as they should.
Is there a way to support the Type on the Locks on this integration where it shows Physical or Digital for how the lock was locked?

I haven't tried to put any of mine on any of my automations yet, going to do that today and see how well it works. At least looking at the logs for the devices themselves it looked good.
The State size is larger on mine too but didn't see any effects from it yet but I'm on a C8 Pro.
The state size shouldn't hurt anything.. And will be dropping as it's holding a lot of stuff for debug purposes that won't be needed soon..

If I want to pass ring alarm status to hsm to run some notifications on my inovelli switch led, would I need to reinstall the unofficial ring app?
Am I missing if this integration can pass along alarm status?
There's not a direct way to do this unless you set up a rule in Rule Machine so when alarmMode on the Base Station device is set to armed_away then set HSM to Away for example.
The disarmed on the Base Station device on alarmMode would then Disarm HSM.
Yes. That's how I have it. Three simple rules, one for each ring alarm base station mode.
