Request - Built In Historical Trends

It would so helpful to have "out the box" historical trend data. As in a check box to enable, and allow a 30 days historical data. Also a trend chart, example, trend temperature on dashboard

And if the exiting hardware is limited, then offer and upgraded version for extra cost for the ones wanting history data.

I agree a built-in option would be great. In the meantime, if you haven't seen it already, this Community developed option as come up recently:
