Remote Admin stucked access

I'm facing the same problem narrated at this topic. I subscribed to Remote Admin, but when I try to access my hub (C7 running the latest firmware) using Chrome on an Android phone, I get stucked at https://remoteaccess.aws.hubitat.com/proxy/remoteConnectWithTokenPost.

How may I access the hub?

Based on the post you linked, it seems that the issue is still being looked at.

That said, assuming you are able to (testing and not trying to access while away...). have you tried rebooting your hub to see if that helps?
