C7 hub.
After update to 2.3.9.166, these all stopped working.
Been suffering in silence for a few days, but now the WAF (Wife Acceptance Factor) has dropped to critical levels.
iPhone App
iPhone app only works when connected on local network. While trying to access outside local network, the hub cannot be found.
- This has been working flawlessly since inception
- Worked flawlessly after the iPhone app update
Remote Access
When I go to the remote connect website, my hub is seen with the proper local IP address, but will not connect for remote admin (just spins).
- The only way I can access the Hubitat hub remotely is to VPN into my UniFi gateway, and use the iPhone app and/or browser.
Alexa Integration
Alex keeps saying she cannot find the Hubitat devices. Looking into the Alexa app, the status for the devices is wrong...and manually clicking the devices doesn't affect any change.
- This has been working flawlessly since inception
- I tried enabling and disabling the Alexa app on Hubitat and the Alexa skill on Alexa
I ran the network testing tools on Hubitat, and everything is working fine (DNS can resolve properly).
Network is UniFi, 2 Gbps up/down fiber.
Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.
