I too have one like this. It will pair after many tries then within a day will no longer be responsive.
In frustration I go a cheap Aliexpress Tuya zigbee hub to see how that goes and maybe there might be a firmware update that the Tuya hub could install. No firmware up date though 
The AM25 however, works fine with the Tuya hub and so far it has not dropped off the Tuya hub.
Also I got a new AM25 zigbee blind motor with the same name A-OK AM25-1/25-ES-EZ but with a USB-C power connection instead of the older Micro USB.
This newer motor is not recognised as a TS0601 but as a model: TRZB3
This model reports battery status where as the older one does not. It does not work with this Zemismart Zigbee Blind Driver but does work with the Generic Zigbee Shade driver.
