Thank you for the logs. It seems that we have a more complicated Tuya-specific handshake problem here.... or the problem may be on the other side, as there are no reports for such a problem on other home automation systems ....

This is a Node Descriptor request (0x0002) sent by the device, but HE is either not responding, or the Tuya device does not like something in the response (we do not see the HE system platform responses here).
Troubleshooting this issue will take time.
