doesn't claim to have power monitoring but it does. @kkossev has provided a driver for it (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kkossev/Hubitat/development/Drivers/Ikea%20Matter/IKEA%20GRILLPLATS%20Matter%20Plug.groovy).
