I would click on Reset Authenticate and see what happens.
Did you get it working OK?
I have just tried to re-authenticate and it is now working.

Hi, first I'd like to thank you and everybody who has actively contributed to make this integration. I'm not very fluent with tech details, but I managed to install the latest Tado connect app and the drivers code. I have several Tado smart radiator thermostat X and I'd like to have them on my Hubitat interface mainly to monitor the activity log of each thermostat rather than controlling them. My issue is that I cannot see them in my device list and I don't know how to add them. When I select Tado connect app it shows that my credential are accepted and it shows only a setup options with child devices setup. when I click to show, I'm asked to select devices but the list turns out empty. Thanks in advance for any tip you may have
I don't have the Tado X version, but the one before that.
So I'm not sure if this driver/code works for the X version.
Have you followed all the steps at:

At point 2, "Create a Smart App (Tado (Connect))," Don't use the link mentionned but use the latest version provided by t.stretton
Once your credentials are accepted, can you check if your devices are visible at https://app.tado.com/
