[Release] Smart Battery Charger

Hi folks,

I wrote a quick smart app that monitors the power on a smart plug and shuts it off when the power drops below a given threshold for three successive updates. I use it to prevent overcharging my various battery powered devices throughout the house.

Take a look. If you like it, let me know. If you see room for improvement, I'd also like to hear it. No promises on the next revision, but I have a long-term plan to implement a power convergence detection capability so you don't have to know what the steady-state/trickle charge power is.

Awesome, what smart plug/power monitor are you using for this?

I’m using a Zooz Power Switch (ZEN15), but i also have a bunch of Aeon and Iris smart plugs around that I’ll put to use for this eventually, too. I’ve noticed that the Aeon plugs are not very responsive under HE, so that might not be ideal...

Cool, thanks.
I have the Aeotec Smart Switch 6, SmartThings GP-U999SJVLDAA.

Thinking through where I could/should use this.
