"Smart" battery charging (multiple high current battery chargers)

Just found this [Release] Smart Battery Charger

and it's nearly exactly what I'm after. Was trying to figure out a way to have multiple chargers hooked to either multiple outlets, or in this case, a Kasa HS300... each charger draws like 10A for part of the charging cycle, which will trip the breaker if you have them all going at once (this is charging 60V Greenworks riding lawnmower batteries). Was trying to make something like this: Creating a Plan to Charge All Your Battery-Powered Landscape Equipment – Gardenland Power Equipment…

Basically, hook all the chargers up, and have the power strip only power one at a time. Once the current drops to "trickle" (defined setting... probably like 100mA or something) it powers up the next charger.

This might be doable with some complex RM rule, but honestly RM is still above my head most of the time.

Anyone done something like this?
